For what purpose is my data processed and what is the basis that legitimizes its processing?

All the personal data that we, as FII, request is necessary for the proper management of our activity. Failure to provide it may mean that it is not possible for us to contact you or manage your request. FII reserves the right not to respond or not to process requests that do not include the personal data requested. The direct provision of personal data requires a minimum user age of 14 years old.

To this end, you guarantee the veracity of the personal data provided to FII through the website, who is able to periodically ask you to review and update the personal data that we keep about you.

REGISTRATION FORM TO MAKE DONATIONS

Purpose: formalize your registration as a donor.

Legitimation: the pre-contractual or contractual relationship that may exist between you and FII.

How long does FII keep my data?

The term of conservation of your personal data is fixed according to the duration of your relationship with FII and the legally established periods.

Specifically, we will keep your data until it is no longer necessary for the indicated purpose or until the end of the period required for compliance with a legal obligation that requires its subsequent conservation.

When your relationship with FII ends, we will proceed to delete your personal data once we have taken all the necessary actions to terminate any obligation arising from said relationship.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, your data will be kept and duly blocked, while responsibilities may arise from the execution of our contractual or pre-contractual relationship, as well as for the fulfillment of other legal obligations in charge of FII. Thus, FII will adopt technical and organizational measures to prevent the processing of your data (including its visualization), except if, in any case, it is necessary to make it available to judges and courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the competent Public Administrations, in particular, in the case of data protection authorities in which possible responsibilities derived from the processing of said data is requested, and only for the limitation period of said responsibilities.

What are my rights and how can I exercise them?

Right of access

You can ask us to confirm if FII is processing your personal data and, in this case, you have the right to access your data and certain information as determined by law.

Right of rectification

You have the right to request the rectification of your data when it is inaccurate or incomplete.

Right of erasure

You can request the deletion of your data when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Right of limitation of processing

In certain circumstances, you can request the limitation of the processing of your data. In these cases, we can only process them, with the exception of their conservation, under your consent or for the formulation, exercise or defense of complaints; for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest at the national or EU level.

Right of data portability

In certain circumstances, you will have the right to receive the personal data that concerns you and that you have provided to FII and to transmit it directly to a new data controller.

Right of objection

You can object to the processing of your data. In this case, FII will stop processing it, unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons for its processing that prevail over your own interests, rights and freedoms, or for the formulation, exercise or defense of possible claims.

You also have the right to file a claim with the supervisory authority if, on our part, your request is not acted upon within a maximum period of one month after you submitted it. Can FII transfer my data to third parties?

FII may transfer to third parties the personal data that you have provided if there is a specific obligation to do so. If this is the case, we must transmit this information to the public authorities, in order to comply with their requirements and the applicable regulations.

Likewise, if we use service providers who are given access to your personal data for the fulfillment of the indicated purposes of the processing and this makes it necessary to carry out international data transfers, we will take the appropriate measures to comply with the provisions of the applicable regulations in data protection matters.

How is the security of my data guaranteed at FII?

At FII we have adequate technical and organizational policies and measures in place to safeguard and protect your personal data against unwanted actions, such as illegal or unauthorized access, accidental loss or destruction, damage, and illegal or unauthorized use and disclosure.

In addition, we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that FII employees who have access to your personal data have received the necessary training to handle it with appropriate caution.

Can I update my data?

When there is any change in your personal data, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible to keep our database updated. Otherwise, we will not be able to answer for their veracity.

We are not responsible for the Privacy Policy regarding the personal data that you may provide to third parties through the links available on our website.
